We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting our products/services.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through leads, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM or reporting tools.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
✔️ Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
